But beyond the AVPs, behind the cameras and away from the spotlight, this is what I’ve always believed in. Nursing care for nature. Environmental Health for communities. A brighter future for children. I am standing up for nature, as well as for man. This was and always will be my advocacy.

Meditation is to know oneself as one is. It is see our real face with out any mask. When we practice meditation then we are bound to come across the dark side of our nature which we are suppressing in our unconscious mind.
